  • Strategic pricing based on local expertise and industry best practices. We utilize dynamic pricing software to update pricing daily; we manually adjust prices according to the seasons, holidays, events, etc. to ensure your rental is booked at the maximum daily rate.

  • We collect a reservation fee and damage deposit and/or credit card on file from each guest prior to arrival when needed. 

  • Property-specific cleaning checklist—we will also schedule and coordinate professional turnover cleaning.

  • We inspect your rental after cleaning and prior to guest arrival to maintain quality control and ensure your rental is always guest-ready.

  • We submit reviews for every guest to encourage positive stay reviews of your property and boost occupancy rates.

  • We order all supplies and invoice you at the end of the month. Scheduled handyman services and repairs including plowing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, etc.

  • It’s easy! Through Airbnb, you will add Stay PNW as a co-host through your existing listing. Through VRBO, we will sync our accounts to manage your existing listing and review transfers.

  • We order your supplies through our quality vendors to leave you hassle-free. We place all orders and invoice you at the end of each month.

  • In our contract, we will coordinate a content trade to cross-promote your listing. We work with a range of content creators and influencers to increase your brand awareness and digital presence in trade for a nightly stay. Your content will be promoted on @stay.pnw main feeds and stories for optimal engagement.

  • With years of experience as a superhost, finding cabins and properties is second nature, primarily through MLS. We have access to exclusive off-market listings, and we work with off-market wholesalers in Washington.

  • We set up your cleaning services as your co-host, through our network of top-rated services in the area.

    Cleaning services are billed directly to the owner and are not subject to our commission as your co-host.

    Cleaning services are sourced locally to your property.

  • We service Seattle, Sky Valley (Highway 2 from Gold bar to Skykomish), Ashford (by Mt Rainier), Maple Falls, Glacier (by Mt Baker). In these areas, we have an extensive vendor list to quickly service any needs that may arise.
