Terms and Conditions
PROPERTY-SPECIFIC RULES & FEES
Check-in and checkout times, maximum occupancy, pet policies, pet fees, cancellation policies, and other property-specific rules vary by property and are outlined in each individual listing.
Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules and requirements of the property they book.
Please note: The inclusion of general policies in this rental agreement does not mean that all amenities, permissions, or services are available at every property. The specific property listing determines what is permitted and included in your reservation.
NO SMOKING
This property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking or vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and other smoke- or vapor-producing products, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including smoke odors, ashes, or cigarette butts, guests will be charged a $250 violation fee. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.
Guests are also responsible for any fines imposed by local authorities resulting from smoking-related fire alarm activations.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
BURN BAN POLICY
Guests must comply with all local fire restrictions and burn bans. Outdoor fires, including campfires and fire pits, are strictly prohibited when a burn ban is in effect, even if the property provides a fire pit.
Guests are responsible for checking current burn restrictions before starting any outdoor fire. Violations may result in fines, additional charges, or liability for damages.
Guests are responsible for any fines, damages, or penalties resulting from violations of this policy.
PERSONAL ITEMS
This property assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels, or other valuables. The property is not responsible for contents left in your room or vehicle on the property. The property is not responsible for unclaimed items after more than 14 days from the date it was turned in.
PROPERTY
You will be held liable for any items missing from the property after your departure.
You will be held personally liable for any damage to the room and charges incurred thereafter.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Must be 21 yrs or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification. Upon completion of a reservation, a confirmation number is supplied to the guest via telephone or email.
WEATHER, ROAD CONDITIONS & POWER OUTAGES
The Property Owner and Stay PNW Hosting are not responsible for disruptions caused by severe weather, road closures, power outages, or other circumstances beyond their control.
These events do not automatically qualify for refunds outside the property’s cancellation policy. However, Stay PNW Hosting may offer rebooking or future stay credits at its discretion, subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for checking weather and road conditions before traveling. All accommodations remain subject to applicable laws and booking platform policies.
KEY POLICY
In the event that the smart lock fails, a lockbox code will be issued. Failure to return the key, or lost and misplaced keys will result in a $75 replacement fee.
PET POLICY & FEES
IMPORTANT: This pet policy applies only to properties that are designated as dog-friendly. Not all of our properties allow pets. Please check the specific listing before booking to confirm whether dogs are permitted. The inclusion of this pet policy does not mean that the property you booked is dog-friendly.
PET FEE:
Applicable only to dog-friendly properties.
Pet Fee: Varies by property. Please refer to the specific property listing for applicable pet fees and requirements
Refundable Pet Deposit: $200. The deposit will be refunded after checkout once cleaning and inspection are completed. Any pet-related damage or additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.
PET RULES:
One Dog Maximum: We currently allow a maximum of one dog per reservation at designated dog-friendly properties.
No Pets on Furniture: Please keep dogs off couches and beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair is found on furniture or bedding.
No Unattended Dogs: Dogs must not be left unattended at the property at any time.
Clean Up After Your Dog: Guests must pick up all dog waste using pet waste bags and dispose of it in the outdoor trash bins.
Report Accidents: Please report any pet accidents immediately so we can properly clean and sanitize the affected areas.
Leash Required: Dogs must be kept on a leash while outdoors, as the property is not fenced.
Please note: Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs caused by their pets during their stay.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB
This is only applicable to our hot tub properties.
The guest understands that there are special risks involved in the use of a hot tub. Guest is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using the hot tub for too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, is using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the Owner of the property for accidents or injury arising from the use of the hot tub. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should the Guest or Guest’s guests contaminate the water with sand or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, the guest agrees to an additional charge of $300.00 to cover the cost to drain, clean, and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I agree, intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests.
By booking the stay with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in the Waiver of Liability.
